Today’s Theme: Happy Happy Hour
I can’t lie to you, this topic was born because I have been listening to Shaboozey’s Tipsy OVER AND OVER. And then I remembered about these two and I thought they’d be perfect. This one is about a bartender who meets someone in an open marriage, and then they offer Mel a spot with them? yeah that’s all I needed to know about that. I’ll be reading it when it comes out in June. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book about polyamory before.
This one seems to be about a mixologist from Tiktok and a wine sommelier. They find love after agreeing to do some Happy Hour events at a restaurant and a no-strings smex pact. yes, that’s what I said lmao I can’t even imagine what this is going to end up about, but I do know that Timothy Janovsky is one of my faves and I need to read this. I am also hella interested in Afterglow. I’ve read two books by that publisher and it’s a bit spicy for trad pub. So in other words, I like them lolol
