Top 10 Petty Reasons I’ve DNFed a Book
-The narrator put me to sleep. That’s a valid reason to put the audio side yes, but the whole book? Petty lol
-The cover didn’t match what the book was about
-Cringey smex lol
-Cringey writing period
-Calling it horror or a thriller and it is neither scary or thrilling
-When the synopsis tells everything that has happened in the story
-“I know you don’t like this in books, BUT still give mine a try please!” I’m going to tell you ok so you leave me alone. But I’m not going to review it because I told you PLAINLY my aunt passed because of an OD and my uncle and cousin almost did too. I am not reading that!
-Miscommunication trope
-If an adult book sounds like a YA book
-Chapters are too long
