Two for Tuesday: A Haunting Good Time!

These themes will vary! It could be based off of some book mail I just received, pop culture, something personal to me, a headline from the news, a trend I noticed when I was buying books for my library system, etc. I hope you stick around to see all the themes and book recs I come up with!

Today’s Theme: A Haunting Good Time!

Idk what’s happening, but there are a lot of books with a haunted kind of theme. (And by a lot I mean like 3 that I’ve seen lol) This one caught my eye because this one is about a ghost hunter and a bookseller. And then she starts like messing with the results of the supernatural experiment while he’s ghost hunting at the bookstore that she’s trying to buy?! OMGGGG This sounds adorable. And I’m sorry, but the cover has a graveyard? I NEED lol It’s out in October and set on Halloween. So basically, I need it now. This spooky rom com sounds like it’s going to be a lot of fun and I can’t wait to see if I’m right!

In this one, the haunting is embraced by an entire community. They use ghost tours as a way to build up the local economy and they’ve named things like a coffee shop, Hallowed Grounds lol When Cassie moves there, weird things start happening to her and she learns things about the town and the house that she never thought she’d hear about the previous owners to her house. This whole things sounds like a vibe! And there is a GHOST ON THE COVER?! Excuse me? That’s enough for me. I never thought about hauntings being a good hook for a romance, but these two definitely make me rethink that!

This is the 4th Haunted romance book I’ve found lol This one finds a haunted house with a notorious reputation that seems to be making an entire production company quit. It actually has Ace rep as well! Hella excited to get my hands on this one too!

Well, there you go! Here I’m just going to talk about why I grouped these two books together. I hope you enjoyed a look at this small part of the books. For a full synopsis of the book or to add it to your TBR, click the picture and it will take you to their Storygraph. The link on the caption will take you to it’s Goodreads.

Unfortunately, neither of these are available yet lol One is out in August and the other is out in October. Will you be waiting on either of these? Let me know in the comments!
