Chile when I tell y’all this girl got on my dang nerves! The word of the day is accountability lol Ugh But it was still good. It’s Erin Entrada Kelly. Obviously it was good. I can’t wait to see where we go from here because this was weird? lol
This is fairly short as a MG book, but I think that was actually very cool? It was still a full novel and introduced what seems to be an absolutely wild series. The plot was crazy. She was doing this for a prize in a game? You’ll see why I think this is ludicrous when you read it lol Not gonna lie, I wanted to shake her. Because girl what in the world?
And like I said, she got on my nerves. There was no accountability for anything. And she was like lying about everything. She threw the entire world under the bus so she didn’t have to get in trouble. Like girl. And I know they’re kids, bur dang, the way she was lying with a straight face and so sinister, she was way too grown lol
This was a weird ass book. I will definitely be reading the next one because I want to know how it correlates to this one because of the open ending. I wonder if there’s another kid or if there’s more to her story. Blergh this is why I hate these! I still have so many questions!
