Do you still enjoy reading children’s books?
You can say that. I always feel like the ultimate nerd when I say I became a YA librarian because of my love for diverse literature YA literature. (Does YA count as children’s? lol) And now not only do I read it because I love them, but I get to put in the work and make sure my librarians have them and know about them and all the things! I also do this with MG now too with my current job, so I guess the answer is YES.
What about you? Do you still read children’s literature? If so what type do you read and can we be friends?! lol
I knew you would have read lots! If not with your library job then at least with your son! I guess it also depend how we each define “children’s books.” To me I was thinking more storybooks, basically anything under what would be considered middle grade! I guess I overthink things too much sometimes!
