Y’all know I’m not really a memoir type person, but when I saw Brandy had hers coming out, I needed it. I have been a hardcore Brandy fan from the very beginning. I’m talking I had braids when she did, and when she got a perm/silk press, I did too. I copied her look well into 6th grade. I wanted a jeep because she did. I’m talking the whole 9 yards. Brandy was my girl and I’m happy to have this in my hands now!
I actually got my second copy of this one….. I was so upset because I thought I was getting the Jasmine Smith ARC (Idk why my head went there immediately but it did lol) But then I got this again. It’s not a big deal, I can give this one to my librarians and I’m always forever grateful, but I guess I just had it in my head I was getting the other one and it was something I already had lol
