Top 10 Most Recent Reads!

-The Roommate by Rosie Danan: I LOVED this one. It was nothing like I had ever read before and I loved that. It was unique and out there and that was the cool thing about it.
-Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas: This was so good! The characters were awesome and intersectional, it had a paranormal aspect, and the plot itself was hella cool! If you haven’t read this, go do it now!

-The Awakening of Malcolm X by Tiffany D. Jackson & Ilyasah Shabazz: I never thought I would read a YA memoir and rate it as high as I did. But this one was SO. GOOD. I shouldn’t have been surprised because Tiffany Jackson is one of my all time favorites!
-Written in the Stars by Alexandria Bellefleur: This book was damn near perfect. The romance was cute. The writing style was laugh out loud funny. It was what I needed at the time.

-Concrete Rose by Angie Thomas: This is by Angie Thomas. Of course I’m waiting on it. And of course it one of the Top 10 of my latest read books.
-Fat Chance, Charlie Vega by Crystal Maldonado: Another one that’s intersectional and it’s super good too. Trust me, when you read it, you’ll understand.

-Once Upon a Quinceañera by Monica Gomez-Hira: So good. I loved the princess aspect of this and the way the MC found herself throughout the story.
-A Pho Love Story by Loan Le: I read this while I was pregnant and obsessed with Pho actually lol But other than that, I liked the love story and the writing style since it was a Romeo and Juliet kind of story that was told over food!

-It’s Kind of a Cheesy Love Story by Lauren Morrill: This was a super cute love story! And it featured food! Definitely was right up my alley!
-Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson: This thriller was full of surprises and shock and I loved every bit of it. Can’t wait to read whatever else Jackson has coming out!

What about you? Have you read any of these? Would you say these would be on your Top 10 too? Let me know in the comments!
