I just picked up Ronit and Jamil from my library, Im curious about the prose.
I heard that the teen drama in Power Rangers was really good but got super gimmicky when it came morphin' time.
I'm surprise by your DNF. Most have enjoyed it from what I've seen. Happy April!
THIS. This exactly. That's why they only got three stars.I went to see it for how well they did they effects and how they did the Power Ranger things. The story line was cool, but that wasn't what I went there for.
And I was curious about the prose for Ronit and Jamil too. It wasn't terrible, but not something I would go out of my way to read. Hope you like it!

It started out strong, but in the middle it was really long and drawn out. Then there's also the fact that it was so repetitious. I just couldn't stay with it anymore. Many people aren't quick as me to DNF, but I'm not gonna wade through murky waters when I have 24845120548451 other books to read!
Thanks,
Nikki
