Sophomore Kalvin Shmelton has finally perfected his underground candy-selling hustle at school. He keeps his prices reasonable, his inventory fresh, and himself out of the drama. Why I’m Waiting: Did I read this synopsis at all? No. Did I read care to read it after seeing this beautiful cover? Also, no. But that’s neither here nor there. None of that matters. What matters is making sure that I have this book in my hands ASAP because I love Black Romance in YA and I also love candy. This is 100% all me and I really need to get this in my hands now!
