-A pretty cover (I’m including a BIPOC person on the cover in this.)
-When it’s the Fake Dating Trope, and the Fake Date is to a wedding
-Written by my favorite authors (Nic Stone, Angie Thomas, Karen McManus, etc.)
-Mythology
-Fairy Tale Retellings
-Anything Diverse in any capacity. I love ALL TYPES of representation
-Horror (I’m even more likely to pick it up if it’s by someone Black or another person of color)
-Thrillers (See above)
-Multiple POVs or Multiple Narrators
-Books about Books
*BONUS* Because this doesn’t pop up alot…… Anything about Wonder Woman or Nubia.

I can honestly say every time I see a book about Wonder Woman, I wonder if you’ve heard about it! Lol. I also love a good fairy tale retelling book! I love it when it’s not your typically known fairy tale as well!
