This week’s topic is:
Top 10 Book Characters I’d Invite to a “Friendsgiving” and what they should bring!

Friendsgiving: The celebration of Thanksgiving dinner with your friends.  (Urban Dictionary) Normally with a potluck.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Harry Potter, #1)Winter (The Lunar Chronicles, #4)
1. Hermione, Harry, and Ron from the Harry Potter series: Well this one was easy! And I’d tell them to bring me some goodies from Honeydukes for dessert and some Butterbeer for drinks!

2. Winter from the Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyer: Minor Spoiler if you haven’t gotten to a certain part yet….  I’d tell Winter to bring the apple petite candies!

Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles, #2)Forever with You (Wait for You #5)
3. Scarlet from the Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyer: I’m sure she’d come with Winter, but she’d still get her own invitation anyways. I’d tell her to bring some fresh salsa made with her amazing homegrown tomatoes!

4. Nick from Forever With You by Jennifer L. Armentrout: I’d tell him to bring his amazing chicken noodle soup. From the way Stephanie talked about it, it sounds amazing so I need to get my hands on it.

Saint AnythingTaste Test
5. Mac from Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen: Of courseeeee pizza and garlic knots are a non-traditional side for Thanksgiving, but at the same time, this Friendsgiving is my in my fantasy ok lol

6. Nora from Taste Test by Kelly Fiore: I have been dreaming of having a Lobster Roll ever since I read this book. I would definitely tell her to bring this one!

To All the Boys I've Loved Before (To All the Boys I've Loved Before, #1)My True Love Gave to Me: Twelve Winter Romances
7. Lara Jean from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han: ANY of the Korean food mentioned in that book. It all sounded so good I wanted to try it all.

8. Maria from Welcome to Christmas, CA by Kiersten White: Even though this one is in an anthology doesn’t mean it’s not any less important. I’d DIE for the baked mac and cheese they mention, OMG.

The Sword of Summer (Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, #1)Revenge, Ice Cream, and Other Things Best Served Cold (Broken Hearts & Revenge, #2)
9. Magnus Chase from The Sword of Summer by Rick Riordan: The way he keeps talking about freaking falalfel makes me want to try it so much. I NEED to try it now lol

10. Gemma from Revenge, Ice Cream, and Other Things Best Served Cold by Katie Finn: There is a part in the story in there with gorumet cheese, that I would love to try! I mean not as much as she got (which was ultimately out of her control lmao) but I’d still love to try some with some wine! Even though most of the characters I invited couldn’t drink it haha

What characters would you invite to your Friendsgiving?
What would you tell them to bring?

  1. OOh nice! Wishing I would've done this one too! LOL! I do like the topic I chose, but this one would be so fun! It would be hard to not just invite all the hot guys I've read about though! LOL!
