Top 10 Books Set in a Place I Would Love to Visit!
-I don’t remember where Home Field Advantage by Dahlia Adler was set, but I do know that I would have loved to have been where they were. If nothing else so that I could also cheer on Jack because the way they did her in this book was bullshit. She’d at least have me in her corner.
-I didn’t like Fake It Till You Bake It by Jamie Wesley very much, but I did like the cupcake bakery. And I really wish we had gotten a love scene in the bakery. Or at least one that had cupcake ingredients, something lolol
-I NEED to go to Sailor Joe’s from Zyla and Kai by Kristina Forest! I know they said it was falling down, but it really reminded me of the “amusement” park in my hometown. It’s also falling apart, but still I’m sure it’s better than that.
-I would LOVEEEE to go to the bookstore that they went to. Especially WHEN they went. Because Lordt! Talk about swoony. Prince from Love Radio by Ebony LaDelle is bound to be a romantic when he gets older lol
-Seaside towns don’t usually make a difference to me since I was born in one, but still. The one in Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey seemed different than others. For one thing, Fox is there lol But really, I would love to see the ships in the harbor and of course Fox and crew readying the ships and getting ready to go out.
-Of course I want to go to Spain one day! Which is why I’m not ashamed to say I loved visiting there when I read The Spanish Love Deception by Elena Armas! I didn’t love it as much as the rest of TikTok, but I did love being able to travel to a place I’ve never been!
–One True Love by Elise Bryant is the only book I remember being set on a cruise ship. I’ve been on 2, but nothing like this one. I’d love to go on one and see all the things Lenore did.
–With You All the Way by Cynthia Hand is set in Hawaii. And man I know it’s cliche, but I’d love to go. Especially the way it sounded in this book. So much sand and sea and other touristy things lol
–Love & Olives by Jenna Evans Welch is set in Greece. After reading this book I knew I had to get there one day. I went to Google and looked up pictures of Santorini, Greece and I fell in LOVEEEEE! I don’t think I’ll ever get there, but it’s nice to dream lol
-After those last few, this one is going to seem a bit weird. But whatever. I wanted to eat at the family restaurant from A Pho Love Story by Loan Le since I had heard about it. I remember craving it so much that I went and got some to eat while I was reading it. In fact, I think I want some more lol
What about you? What places would you like to go to? Any of these places (not so much the books) make your list? What about books? Let me know in the comments!
OOoh nice places! I’d love to see more of Greece myself! I was lucky enough to go to Athens maaaaaaany years ago. Lol. It was one of the most amazing trips of my life! And it’s like once you get that tiny taste you just want more. If only I had bought that winning Mega ticket. Lol.
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
