Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish and is now run by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week she will post a new Top Ten list . Everyone is welcome to join.
This week’s topic is:
Top 10 Best Character Names!

1. Monday, Tuesday, & August from Monday’s Not Coming by Tiffany Jackson: I’ve just never known another character with names like this, so this was just really cool to me!
2. Molly Meade from Stay Sweet by Sibohan Vivian: Only the memory of her is around in the story, but I love the alliteration of her name lol

3. Zorie and Lennon from Starry Eyes by Jenn Bennett: I loved the way their names sound together and I love the way Lennon got his name lol
4. Alosa from the Daughter of the Pirate King series: Really I just think it’s really pretty 🙂

5. Zélie Adebola from Children of Blood and Bone: Another where I just think it sounds good!
6. Dusty from Prince in Disguise by Stephanie Kate Strohm: This is one that just sounded funny lol

7. The Royces from Royce Rolls by Margaret Stohl: Everyone is named after a car, (Bentley, Porsche, Mercedes, Maybach) and although I thought it was eye-rolly when I first started it, if I think about it now that I’ve finished reading the book, I don’t roll my eyes about it quite so much lol
8. Scarlett & Tella Dragna from the Caraval series: I just like how different they are!

9. Genesis Johnson from Aftercare Instructions by Bonnie Pipkin: For a long time I wanted to name my first kid Genesis…. And then when I finally told someone, they got pregnant before me…. And guess what their daughter’s name is. But even still, I still love the name.
10. Audrey Rose from the Stalking Jack the Ripper sereies: I just really like the way it sounds together!
I really like your picks!! My faves are Zorie, Dusty, and Lennon. My aunt had a dog named Monday (and one named Wednesday) & I always thought that was pretty awesome, but I'd never heard anyone else using days of the weeks as names until now.
Ooh nice picks!! This one was a lot of fun! Oddly I found myself straying away from my fantasy reads with all the unique names. Not sure how that happened! Lol!
Here's my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
