This week is a freebie! (I tend to ALWAYS catch them when they’re doing a freebie. I promise I’m not doing it on purpose…)
Anyway, my topic is a very creative one. I thought about it all day while I was at work.So here goes… Hope you enjoy!
My Top 10 Favorite Book Villains
All the people we LOVE to HATE
*This is in no specific order. If there are any villains that you like that I have not included, feel free to leave a comment and let me know who he (or she) is!
1. Voldemort from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
He had so many people willing to do his bidding and so many evil ways. Everything about him was scary. He was truly a “great” villain.
2. Bellatrix Lestrange from Harry Potter by J.K Rowling
Ughhhhhh no she wasn’t the main villain in Harry Potter, but I hated her anyways.
3. Daimons from the Covenant series by Jennifer Armentrout
That was as close as I could get. Those things are creepy. I mean they take your blood and aether. *Shudders*
4. Jeanne from Divergent/Insurgent by Veronica Roth
She was entirely too smart for her own good. Sometimes that can be harmful. She let it get in the way of everything else and it ended up being her down fall.
5. Volturi from The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer
Ok, so they weren’t that scary, but that’s what I liked most about them. They didn’t really have to do anything for people the fear them.
6. The Dukes from Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins
Ok, if you haven’t read this book, seriously get to it. Not only does it have a seriously swoon-worthy guy, but it also has some seriously creeptastic dudes in there as well. The Dukes are based off the sins that we have and of course that equals no bueno.
7. Warner from Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
Although I’m still reading this one, I figured he HAD to be in the list. He may be a little tough, but he’s still hot which earned him a place as one of my favorite villains lol
8. Xander and the Draki hunters from the Firelight series by Sophie Jordan
I hated them. Xander was definitely a jerk off and the rest of the hunters were not the easiest people to get along with. But because Will came from their family, I had a soft spot for them.
9. Valentine from the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare
So many things happened at the end of just the first book. If you haven’t read the series, you definitely should!
10. Mortmain from the Infernal Devices series by Cassandra Clare
He has so many seccrets and people to do his bidding. All that it take to be evil!
Well, that’s my list of evilness! Hope you enjoyed! If you saw anything I forgot please add them in the comments!!!!
Super good list! I definitely agree with Warner… he was a GREAT villain because he did a lot of bad stuff, but you could tell he was a human being, and you could wonder about his motives… he wasn't just a big bad doing evil stuff for no reason. I hate the villains that are just "muah ha ha" evil (lol, you know what I mean?); I like my villains to be layered and interesting despite their evil tendencies.
