This Week’s Theme: Make the Yuletide Gay! (Sapphic Holiday Books!)

These themes will vary! It could be based off of some book mail I just received, pop culture, something personal to me, a headline from the news, a trend I noticed when I was buying books for my library system, etc. I hope you stick around to see all the themes and book recs I come up with!

This Week’s Theme: Make the Yuletide Gay! (Sapphic Holiday Books)

This novella was so much fun! There’s a small Christmas-y town, some strawberry pancakes, and more! I liked it alot. And this one is double the fun because there’s already an established couple, but there’s also a couple that is flirting and trying to get it together to get together. They even play a game where they go to find gifts for each other in this cute little town. I will say they spent a lot of time trying to get the others together, but they needed to focus on themselves a bit more because they both were hiding things they shouldn’t have been. [This is a YA book and is out now! This is also a novella and #1.5 in the series]

This one is a bit different. Yeah it’s still a sapphic holiday romance, but it really made me realize that not everyone is always happy during the holidays. I loved that she fell for someone who’s favorite season has always been Christmas. And then there’s fake dating, a holiday meet cute in front of a Christmas tree, and even hot chocolate bombs. Seeing these opposites attract over the holiday season was really sweet. This is definitely a holiday book I will be recommending season after season! I hope y’all pick one of these up! [This is a YA book and is out now!]

Well, there you go! Here I’m just going to talk about why I grouped these two books together. I hope you enjoyed a look at this small part of the books. For a full synopsis of the book or to add it to your TBR, click the picture and it will take you to their Storygraph. The link on the caption will take you to it’s Goodreads.

Happy Holigays!

Andddddd because I am indecisive, I had to make this for me. There’s so many more, but these are the first ones that came to mind! (Sister’s Keeper is a taboo romance that’s not out until 12/12)

What about you? Have you read any sapphic holiday books this year? Which ones would you add to this list? Let me know in the comments!
