Huge thanks to Little Brown for sending me this! I didn’t vibe too well with the other one they sent me, but after giving Henning’s Throw Like a Girl 5 stars a couple years ago, I’m confident this will be a winner for me. I can’t wait to get to it!
I LOVE Katie Cotugno and when I saw she was trying out adult, I went and requested an ARC from one of those widgets from Shelf Awareness. I wasn’t expecting anything, but then my hubs came to me on the couch and threw a package at me… I opened it and legit danced. I’ve never gotten an ARC from one of those things before, so yes, I danced. Thank you Harper! I can’t wait to read this later this month!
Funny story, I found this book on Twitter after the author talked about it. I hadn’t seen anyone else talking about it. So I bought it to see if it was any good. And the very next day, someone I am in a Discord with said they were 40% in! Lol I was sad because we could have buddy read it lol She could have finally made me finish a book. March was a little slumpy for me.
So literally all the books I decided I wanted to read in March……… Got to me in April lol When I have other audio review books to get to. Which is exactly how my luck always goes. So now I am dedicated to finishing all my audios (these included ) in 2 days or less so that I can make sure I get to all of them. Because I am desperate for ALL OF THEM.
