Someone has murdered the queen bee of Sierton High School. All the dead girl’s friends are suspects. And each one has a reason for wanting her dead.
Ella Moore was the most popular girl in school…and also the most hated. When she’s murdered at her own party, there are too many suspects to count–and too many people who think she deserved it. The police’s prime suspect is the new girl, Dawn Foster. She was the last to hand Ella a drink on the night Ella died. Plus, all of Ella’s friends with a motive for wanting her dead are more than willing to implicate Dawn.
But Dawn refuses to go down without a fight. She’s determined to clear her name. As she delves deeper into the past, she discovers that Ella and her friends had enemies, and someone is out for revenge. She must uncover the truth before the police arrest the wrong suspect and before the next person dies.

*MY THOUGHTS*

I had this really weird craving for a thriller and I couldn’t get rid of it. Out of nowhere i thought this might be the one to do it. And so I gave it a shot. And then I fell in love. That’s it. That’s the review. If only, if only I could write this and leave it that way lol

Ok so this one was actually really good. It’s been a really long time since I’ve read a book with an unreliable narrator that wasn’t like on drugs or drinking. This one had an interesting twist tho. The narrator was unreliable, but we didn’t actually know it until the end. And this is the freaky part lol Because I remember wondering why the hell she was so invested. I was like I’d leave them bitches right there. I don’t want to cheer THAT much. But the more I read, the more it made sense. And I was flabbergasted lol There’s no other word to explain it. I remember having to message a friend of mine so I could be like WTF because this shit legit caught me off guard. I can truthfully say I never saw this coming. And I can’t wait to see more people with reviews see if I was the only one who had no idea.

This book also deals wit some bigger topics as well. Bullying is a large part of this and I will gladly recommend this to people because they think it’s over now. Bullying is unfortunately still alive and well. And I also liked the way there’s numerous people who were the victims of the bullying, including their friends. (I mean not that I enjoyed it, but I liked the way that it was so realistic. Bullies are mean all the time and they’re even like that to their friends. ) People are quick to say it’s not what’s happening or that that person doesn’t mean it like that, but I this is a good way to look at and recognize that it IS like that. Another big topic this deals with is fatphobia and eating disorders, so please be kind to yourself if these are one of your triggers. Mental illness is also present, but it’s never given an exact name.

I really wish I could have seen my face once I finished this book. I know I was like wtf with my eyes wide open lol It was so outta there. And even though most times I hate when I don’t get all the details from the beginning, but this time I think it was warranted. I had my eye on someone else, but that was like the biggest red herring of all time. And I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book this author writes.

What originally drew me in to this book was the cover. Yeah it’s just a plain solo cup, but I think it was the Queen B of the school aspect that pushed it over for me. This book was so good! I couldn’t tell anyone about it, but you can bet I will be screaming it from the rooftop when I can. And you can bet I’m going to put it on all the book recs I can when people ask for a thriller or something lol

Overall, I give this
