Q: What hyped up book do you think was not worth all the talk?
A: Ok, I’m a little embarrassed to say this, because I don’t want to be attacked lol but let me just say I DID like these two books, but I just thought they weren’t worth all the hype…. They were:
Ok guys, don’t all flock me at once… Like I said I DID like them, but the hype just wasn’t worth it. In Obsidian I felt like nothing happened until the end and in Shiver it was just about a werewolf falling in love with a girl he almost killed. (Which I actually felt was kind of weird lol)
So, how many of you think I’m crazy and don’t trust my judgement anymore?!
It's funny how we are all so worried to admit what wasn't our favorite book. Like we're going to offend other bloggers. It your honest opinion, right? I think we are all able to understand that everyone doesn't like the same things. At least I hope so…. I loved the whole Wolves of Mercy Falls series. Haven't read Obsidian. But, don't worry, I have one that everyone else seems to love…My FF

I agree with you on Shiver- but I have to say, I LOVED Obsidian! Too bad you didn't like it as much as I did, but I do see your point. New GFC Follower!

I couldn't finish Shiver. Just didn't connect with the story or characters but I loved Obsidian. Or should I say I loved Katy and Daemon 🙂 New follower via RSS

I really liked Shiver, but really didn't like how the series ended. I agree though it as more hype than anything. Still good books though. I have not read Obsidian yet.

Yeah, I think a lot of people are assuming that by choosing a book for "over-hyped" means that the reviewer doesn't like it… but not so! I think The Hunger Games were over hyped, but I LOVED them XD
