Do you share books? If so, do you have a system to keep track of whom you lend books to?
So me sharing books depends on the book….. I share my ARCs with my co-workers because a lot of times they’re delivered to my office. They like to be there when I open the box and then everyone gets grabby hands lol I don’t mind it as long as I get it back sometime. My mom is the only one who gets special treatment and gets to read my HCs. And that’s because most times when I buy a book I’ve already read it and since I barely have space in my house now, I always send it to hers. She always says, “It can only come here if I can read it.”

I love that your mom loves to read the same books you do! My mom reviews contracts all day at her job so I can never get her to read something for fun. I understand why she doesn’t want to read them though. My sister used to like some of the same books but then she had kids and any free time she has, she sleeps. Lol. So I’m pretty much on my own with books! They all stay safe with me! Lol.
