Do you prefer to read old or new books?
New books. Basically because I’m a librarian who buys books. It’s easier for me to know what’s following trends or what will be hella popular so that I can know how much of what to buy and so I can answer any questions about the new releases. (Because one thing I realized once I got this position, they don’t always read what they work with.)

What about you? What do you mostly read? Let me know in the comments!
I can totally understand that from your standing point! Being up to date with books is important for librarians. I personally don’t mind how old a book is since my TBR was founded around 2010 and I still have “new” books from that year that I never got around to still! Whoops. Lol.
