Do you listen to audiobooks? If so, do you prefer listening instead of reading?
Um I don’t think I have a real preference. I love audiobooks because I have a toddler. I don’t really have time to sit and read. Even when he’s napping I’m hurrying around trying to do the things I should have been doing while he was awake lol Whenever I’m listening to a book, I’m usually also doing something else. On the other hand, I love being able to sit down with a glass of wine and reading a physical/e-book. Still after all these years I can find myself losing hours from turning pages. (Or moving my thumb lol)

I admire those who can listen to an audiobook and do other things. I can barely listen and absorb music while doing other things. It’s just background noise. But it’s great that it works for the lucky ones! Lol. I can imagine having a toddler would make regular reading insanely hard. My sister had a reading binge when she was pregnant with her first child but never really got that back after she was born…then she had her other two, so I think the hobby has died for her.
