This week’s topic is:
Top Ten Books from my Childhood/Teen years I’d like to revisit!

Kristy's Great Idea (The Baby-Sitters Club, #1)Double Love (Sweet Valley High, #1)
1. ALL of the Baby-Sitter’s Club. I LOVED them all. And I owned most of them. From the originals to the spin-offs, I owned them all and I loved reading about all of the girls.
2. I loved the Sweet Valley High twins! They set the bar really high on what I thought high school should be like when I was in middle school. I remember thinking they were SO, COOL.
Beezus and Ramona (Ramona, #1)Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing (Fudge, #1)
 3. Every Ramona book EVER! Cleary wrote some hilarious novels and I couldn’t get enough of them. Especially after my sister was born. I thought I was Beezus lol
4. All the Fudge books were so hilarious. I loved them so much I gave them to my sister
Voyage on the Great Titanic: The Diary of Margaret Ann Brady, R.M.S. Titanic, 1912Matilda
5. In case you didn’t know, I’m obsessed with all things Titanic. So I wanna say I read this book about eight times.
6. Another one I read more than once. I had finally found someone I connected with and I was so happy that a girl who read like I did, could do other super cool things as well! I’d love to re-read this one if I ever got a chance.
Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots (The Adventures of the Bailey School Kids, #1)Amelia's Notebook (Amelia's Notebooks, #1)
7. Another one where I loved the entire series as a kid. This is where my paranormal addiction started lol Give me some more of these today and I swear I will re-read them all over again
8. Amelia’s Notebook was released when I was about 9 and it was about a 9 year old girl that got a notebook for her birthday. I connected with her because I had a notebook of my own and further more because even in that short number of pages she taught me things. (I learned how to spell vacuum from this book lol)
Encyclopedia Brown, Boy Detective (Encyclopedia Brown, #1)The Secret of the Old Clock (Nancy Drew, #1)
9. My mom told me she liked Encyclopedia Brown when she was a little girl and of course that sparked my interest in it. Ever since I thought he was super cool. I think this is where I get my guessing who the crazy person is in every thriller or cop show. I sometimes read these when I need to hone in on my detective skills!
10. Another one where my mom is the reason I started reading these. Now I want to read them all over again on my own.

  1. Amelia's Notebook! Ahh! I was SO close to putting this one on my list, but I just went with YA! But oooooh I loved these ones! Only read about three before I got too old I guess, but was surprised to see how many there are now!

Seeing a lot of Babysitter's Club, Nancy Drew, and Sweet Valley High! I also read a few of those Dear America Diaries, particularly the Titanic one! The movie came out while I was in 4th or 5th grade I think, so naturally, ALL books about Titanic were checked out of the school library!

    Here's my Tuesday Post

    Have a GREAT day!

  2. Great choices! How could I forget Dear America? I loved those when I was a kid. I considered including The Babysitter's Club but my list was long enough.
