*MY THOUGHTS*
This was a lot. LOL That’s it. That’s the review. lol This was really crazy. It started with her haunting a hot dog stand? Lmao I was like wtf. But I will say, E.G. Young is a bad ass for circling around and bringing everythign back together. I can honestly say I had no idea where thsi was going.
Ok starting with the weirdest thing about this…. Definitely the MC? They didn’t know they were dead or they weren’t trying to accept it? But then at the end you realize it something else? It was weird. I wanted to shake her and tell her to looks a little deeper lol She was haunting a hot dog stand but was living through everyone and hoping one person orders the one thing that she missed. And then she ends up in someone’s seance? Idk it was weird.
The writng style was also weird. They were going through like the time jumps it seemed like because it was changing so fast. I gotta be honest, at one point it surprised me too. I wasn’t expecting it so I found myself going back and reading that part over and over again. But it wasn’t too bad. I think I just hadn’t been expecting it. Overall it was good though. It sucked me in even when it started with a hot dog, so yeah, I’ll take it
The plot was crazy. I don’t want to say too much because of spoilers, but just know that everything comes back around to connect. I did question that one demonic character, but for the most part they belonged there too. This was the epitome of full circle. I found that I was so happy to have taken notes because I think I would have missed something otherwise. Missed something or missed a connection.
This was one of the weirdest books I’ve read in a long time lol I hope y’all pick this up and let me know if you think it’s weird too. If you want to borrow mine I’ll trade it for a hot dog lol Jusr don’t let me forget to tell you what I think.
