Covers with Food on the Cover
I’m actually putting together some foodie posts, so food is on my mind lol Fitting since it’s November.
-Dragonfruit by Makiia Lucier: She’s hold a dragon fruit. I’ma weirdo because I love the flavor of them, but I’m not a fan of the taste lol
-A Bánh Mì for Two by Trinity Nguyen: I LOVE bánh mì so it was absolutely imperative that I added this one.
-Guava and Grudges by Alexis Castellanos: The thing I love about Alexis’ books is the fact that she always adds recipes at the end. Because let me tell you I’ve never made a pastelito in my life, but I want to at least try now lol
-Bright Red Fruit by Safia Elhillo: This is a serious book, but it’s also seriously good. Read it but don’t forget to check your content warnings.
-Heiress Takes All by Emily Wibberley & Austin Siegemund-Broka: There’s an actual thing that this cake does and my goodness it was cool as hell lol
-You Had me at Happy Hour by Timothy Janovsky: This was just ok, but I wanted to add this because wine is one of my food groups so I thought this should count too lmao
-Spiked Hot Chocolate by Rilzy Adams: There’s hot chocolate….. No explanation needed.
-Fake Dates and Mooncakes by Sher Lee: The Blue Mooncakes! I LOVEEEE! I wish I could try one of them tho.
-Eight Dates and Nights by Betsy Aldredge: There’s so many things on this cover and I want to try all of them. They all look and sounded so good.
-Seven Minutes in Candyland by Brian Wasson: As a candy fiend I was so excited that it actually made an appearance in this one. I thought it was going to be a small thing, but it wasn’t and I loved that.
What about you? Have you read any of these? Do you read books with food in them? Let me know in the comments!
OOh nice topic! I might struggle with this one myself! I’d have to dig up some of my cozy mysteries to see if there’s food involved, but then that’d be a lot of the same authors! Lol. Great picks and food varieties!
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
