Are books a must have in your home?
I almost laughed out-loud at that question…. Of course they are! First of all I’m a librarian, so they have to be there for me if nothing else. I just like the aesthetic of them. And then of course there’s my child. I have them around so that he can feel comfortable picking them up as well as watching me read them. He always picks up his little board books now and thumbs through the pages all the time because he’s used to me reading to him and him seeing me read. So yes, in my house, I’d say books are a must have in my home!
Also, have you SEEN my library room? Granted this is how it looked before I moved it around and before I added the bookcases that go all the way around, but IT’S A VIBE and I wouldn’t change it for the world. That’s my sanctuary and I love it. I always said one of my goals was to make sure I had a library in my house, and now that I have one, I don’t know what I’d do if I had to get rid of it lol

I did kind of chuckle at this question this week! I’m in a slow house hunting mode right now. The first stages at least and having a library room is a MUST! Depending on what I find, the library may get the biggest room! My bedroom is just for sleeping anyway! Lol!
