Book Blogger Hop: Classics Galore!

Do you have a favorite classic? When did you read it? High school or as an adult?

Night (The Night Trilogy, #1)The Great GatsbyThe Scarlet Letter
There are only 3 classics that I actually read all the way through in high school. And although I could never read Night again (I cried for HOURS after the first time) I loved them all so much. These are the only ones I will recc to my teens if they get to pick lol

What about you?
Do we share love for any of the same classics?
If not, which one is your favorite?
What’s your LEAST favorite?
Tell me in the comments!

  1. I read Night at some point, I think middle school? And The Great Gatsby was a high school read. I can't remember my reactions for Night. I am thinking that one popped up while I was having a surgery (as there were a few of those in middle school and high school). Gatsby sadly wasn't a favorite for me for some reason. But I did finally find a classic I positively loved!

  2. I had a really great teacher when I read Gatsby who related it to real life. Or life when I was a teen. She related to a house parties and Gatsby was a jock and it was really cool. She related it to us and that was why we liked it. Same with Scarlet Letter. She made it like it was one of the teens at a high school and people were spreading drama etc. It definitely helps any reader to see more of themselves in the books they're reading, no matter what book!
