What’s the oldest work (by publication date) that you’ve read?
I knew it would be one I had to read for school and sure enough it was lol And of course it was one I hated. This was said to have pubbed for the first time in the year 536.

Did you think it was a book you’d read in school?
Was it something else?
I thought mine was only as early as 1922, forgtting Jane Eyre and more, then I came across another participant and remembered that I read The Epic of Gilgamesh.
Yeah, I know I read this in school too. Didn't care for it either.
