Why I’m Waiting: I know I didn’t care for the other book they wrote, but I’m hoping this one will be more my speed because it sounds incredible. I haven’t read many books that highlight kneeling in sports. And these girls seem strong and resilient and I can’t wait to see what they do in the end! And come on, Angie Thomas said this is powerful, so I gotta read it lol
