Hey everyone! I’m back! I know I was gone for an entire weekend with no warning, but I had a surprise family Baby Shower! I had a virtual one about 3 weeks ago with family and friends, and it was great, but my mom could tell I still was sad about not getting an in-person one. So, she planned an in-person one for those in my family who have had the first dose of the vaccine and we still social distanced in the library at my house. It was awesome. And I realize now that I took absolutely no pictures, so yeah 🙁 I THINK my mom has some.
We also did some work on the nursery! We’re doing a cars theme (not the Disney cars) and at first I was like ehhhh I don’t like this anymore, but now that it’s coming together, I feel a bit better. We also finally put together his baby bookshelf, which of course made me so much more relaxed and happy lol The nursery and the registry have been so overwhelming to me for some reason. But now the registry is done and now the nursery is getting put together more and I am feeling a bit better. I will share pics of that once everything is completely done and ready!
So in short, I’m sorry I was away, but I had a really big weekend! I didn’t open a book or my computer the whole time! I will be back to my regularly scheduled program tomorrow!
