Wild card Weekend was fun and cold! I put on fuzzy pj’s and fuzzy socks, put my feet up, and watched football and read all day. Definitely felt like I was back in my reading groove!
Every time I break this blanket out, they fall asleep almost instantly. I swear it’s magic y’all lol
I’ve been in this new position for like 4 months now, and I finally got to see some of the books I ordered coming in. I felt so accomplished! Look at all that representation going to the different branches! I hope they make their way into the hands of those who need it the most!
If you haven’t heard me talk about my sorority before, where have you been?! Our Founders’ Day was yesterday and we turned 101. I’m in Zeta Phi Beta, one of the nine historically Black sororities and fraternities. I haven’t seen much of us around the Book Corner (besides Leah Johnson!) so I had to make sure I represented today!
