Hi everyone! There’s not post today because we thought we were getting a pretty large hurricane, but by the grace of God it turned just in time not to touch us. I was hosting my parents, my sisters, and my nephew thinking the worst would get them, but it went to our neighbors, Louisiana. So today I’m still playing host and trying to find ways to try to help out East Texas libraries and the library in Shreveport and Lake Charles. If you know of anything or any way I or my library system can help, please contact me!
Enjoy the fam! There was an ALA group that banded together for Hurricane Katrina and kind of pride themselves on being on the ground. I’m not sure if they’re still active though.
