Today’s Theme: Gaming Gone Wrong
I don’t think I even saw the cover of this before I was desperate to have it on my shelves. Now I have it and I’m trying to find time to sit down and binge read it. In this one we follow a Twitch streamer with a secret. She shares this secret with a NPC from a game…… And then find herself with a demonic mimic. And well, if that doesn’t tell you to stop telling people your A/S/L, etc online, Idk what will lmao This is going to be so much fun to use to help teach some teens cyber-security because you can’t always trust everyone you meet or don’t meet online.
This is one that I’ve been reading lately. I haven’t gotten very far because LIFE and this makes me read with my eyeballs lol But it’s so good that I haven’t wanted to stop anyway. I’ve made excuses to eat out once this week because I didn’t want to stop reading. This one is a thriller where the main characters have been summoned to this gaming company under the guise of a tour. When they arrive, they see that the game they’ve loved so much lately has began in real life….. With the same… effects, for lack of a better word. If they choose not to “play” IRL, there will be some repercussions in real life that affect more than just them.
