Top Ten Things I HATE about being a bookworm!
1. Moving sucks: I had WAYYYY too many to move this time. Like it was embarrassing lol Even the movers were like O_O lol
2. I can’t share my books with anyone because I don’t trust them: I KNOW I’m not the only one lol
3. I can’t borrow anyone’s books because there are remnants of food or evidence of dog eared pages that drive me crazy: It’s pretty dumb because I always eat while reading. But I don’t get food on the pages. Or dogear pages. If I borrow something from a friend and I can see they have done that, I will return it without reading it.
4. I can’t borrow anyone’s books because most of the time I have already read the books my friends recommend to me.: Such is life lol
5. Half of my IRL friends have no idea that I read. And if they do, they don’t know how much.: I have been blogging for 7 years and I still have friends who don’t know about my blog lol
6. I’d rather be around my fictional friends than my IRL ones sometimes lol: Most Friday and Saturday nights I spend in the house with a book. Unless my husband comes up with something and makes me go out lol
7. I injure myself quite often: There have been many a time where I have dropped a book or my Kindle on my face after staying up late reading and falling asleep lol
8. I talk in YA quotes and no one ever seems to know what they mean…. Even those friends of mine who read YA lol: And I don’t even know why. I KNOW that “real” people don’t know what I’m talking about but I still do it anyways lol
9. I never have free time: Every waking moment I have free, I always crack open a book. I never have time to just do nothing. (Well I do, but somehow I always find myself with a book in my hands and Twitter on my computer screen lol)
10. I forget previous obligations sometimes…: There have been many times when I was supposed to be somewhere and yet I forgot. This is now the reason I have THREE planners.
What reasons do you have to hate being a bookworm?
Ooh good points! I can agree with quite a few of these! I don't know if there's anything I really hate about being a bookworm though. It's more like these are the things that happen when you're a bookworm! LOL!
