If you haven’t read a book in a while and someone asks about a character or the plot, can you recall the details?
This depends on two things…. 1. How much did I like the book? If I liked it alot, then I probably can recall the details, depending how small of a detail it is. 2. If it’s a super small detail, then maybe not. But I might. Like for some reason I can remember how many staircases are in Hogwarts…. I found that out a long time ago when I was on a cruise and participated in a Harry Potter trivia contest lolol

I said the same too! Lol. How much I enjoyed said book (and usually how long ago did I read it) are huge factors. There are some books that I can recall more as a series and would tell you what I enjoyed about it. Plot details…ehhh, maybe not the greatest especially if I read the book a decade ago. Lol.
